Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Returning Your Order

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and wish to request a full reimbursement, please contact us promptly at contactus@riveazur.com. Our customer service team will provide you with specific instructions to facilitate the return process. To be eligible for reimbursement, items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges or
refunds after this period.

To ensure a smooth return, please adhere to the following conditions:
 Items must be in perfect condition, undamaged, and unused.
 They should be in their original packaging.
 All accessories, including tags and instructions, must be included.
 Please remember to enclose the original invoice.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes a tracking number and delivery confirmation, as RiveAzur cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels. Once you have shipped your parcel, kindly share the tracking link with us at contactus@riveazur.com.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all orders.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the above return conditions, we will credit your same payment method.

Exchanging Your Order

If you wished to exchange your order, simply contact us, first, at contactus@riveazur.com. We will issue you an exchange voucher for the item you wish to change. You have 14 days from the date we issue the voucher to return your product.
To ensure a smooth exchange process, please return items under the following conditions:
 Items must be in perfect condition, undamaged, and unused.
 They should be in their original packaging.
 All accessories, including tags and instructions, must be included.
 Please remember to include the original invoice.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the above exchange conditions, we will dispatch the new product you requested. Standard delivery times will apply for the exchanged item.

Please note: Exchanges can only be made for the same product. However, if this product is no longer available in stock, it will be processed as a return, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Alternatively, you may exchange your purchase for another product. If there are price differences, they will be reflected in your new invoice, and we will dispatch the new product you requested, adhering to standard delivery times.

Items That Are Non-Returnable

Please be aware that some items, such as special orders or personalized products, are non-returnable. Additionally, returns of sale items cannot be accepted. If you have any questions or require further information, please feel free to contact us at contactus@riveazur.com.
